OUR POOL CLOSING SERVICE INCLUDES

• Filter disassembly, cleaning, and inspection
• Filter storage (Above Ground Only)
• Underground Pipes – Clearing of water and plugging in to prevent freezing (Inground Only).
• Removal & storage of all ladders, handrails, & diving boards
• Shock & algaecide water treatment
• Winter or Safety Covering of pool

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS

• If you have a Vinyl Liner or Fiberglass pool, the water will need to be drained to the bottom of the skimmer for proper closing. With mesh safety covers, we recommend a submersible pump that can be placed on the top step throughout the winter months.
• If you have a Concrete pool, the water will need to be drained 3in below the tile line. With mesh safety covers, we recommend a submersible pump that can be placed on the top step throughout the winter months.
• If you do not have a submersible pump, you will need to lower your water level 12in below the tile line.
• If the pool is not drained to the proper level when we arrive for closing, we will drain the pool to the proper level at a charge of $50.
• Please balance your water a week prior to pool closing
• Please make sure there is a working power outlet outside for us to use.
• We carry a wide variety of closing supplies for purchase if needed at time of closing.
• If you need a new winter cover or safety cover, please let us know when scheduling so we can have it ready at time of closing.

Here is what our pool safety cover service includes:

• Integrity Pool and Spa Services will custom measure your pool so that your new safety cover will fit perfectly.
• The Customer can choose between 3 grades of mesh or solid in multiple colors.  All solid covers have a free automatic pump included.
• The estimate will include the installation of your new safety cover.
• Brass anchor escutcheons are available upon request at an additional charge.

WHAT OUR POOL OPENING SERVICE INCLUDES

• Your filter will be disassembled, cleaned, and inspected.
• The cover will be removed and put away.
• The filter system and heater will be started and observed for proper operation.
• The water will be treated with shock and algaecide
• D.E. will be supplied and added if needed.
• One week worth of 3″ chlorine tabs will be provided.
• All Ladders, Handrails, and Diving Boards will be attached.
• Any issues that cannot be fixed quickly, will be noted and quoted for repair.

INFORMATION FOR THE CUSTOMER

• Customers with a mesh safety cover should open up earlier in order to avoid algae growth.
• Customer must have pool water level filled to operating level before we arrive.
• Customer must have pool cover pumped off before we arrive.
• Customer will need to make sure the electric is on if they are not going to be home.
• If a second trip is needed due to the pool not being ready, there is an additional $100 charge.

Integrity Pool & Spa now offers a weekly maintenance plan and would be more than happy to give you a customized quote for your pool weekly maintenance. With the standard plan, we will open your pool two weeks before Memorial Day and will winterize your pool no more than two weeks after Labor Day. If you would like to open the pool at an earlier date or keep it open until a later date, we can customize the contract to your liking. Included in the maintenance plan is the following:

Technicians will open and start up the pool in the spring and winterize and cover the pool in the fall.

Our technicians will perform the following services on a weekly basis:

• Chemical Analysis & Balancing
• Vacuum Pool
• Skim Pool
• Clean Baskets
• Filter Backwashing (as needed)
• Repair or Replace Worn Out Parts
• Maintain or Repair Pipes & Plumbing

Our technicians will provide the following product:

• All maintenance chemicals including TriChlor Tabs, Chlorine Shock, Ph, Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Cyanuric Acid, and Algaecide.
• Filter Media such as D.E. or Sand.
• Any small filter system parts with a value of under $5.00 (O-rings, Gaskets, etc.)
• Any basic PVC fittings with a value of under $5.00 (Couplings, Elbows, etc.)

The standard plan does NOT provide the following and will pass the cost onto the Owner:

• Any specialty chemicals needed to treat extreme cases of algae such as Black Algae, Mustard Algae, or Pink Algae.
• Any specialty chemicals needed to remove high amounts of metals such as Iron, Copper, or Magnesium.
• Any costs incurred on water or specialty chemicals to balance extreme amounts of calcium hardness or cyanuric acid.
• Any construction or renovation materials (Coping, Tile, Liner, etc.)
• Any major system components (Filter Tanks, Motors, Heaters, etc.)
• Any filter system parts with a value of over $5.00 (Filter Grids, Heater Parts, etc.)
• Any specialty plumbing fittings with a value of over $5.00 (Valves, Unions, etc.)

Here is what our pool vinyl liner replacement service includes:

• Integrity Pool and Spa Services will custom measure your pool so that your new liner will fit perfectly.
• The Customer can choose from over 40 patterns for their new liner.
• Old liner will be removed and disposed of.
• Any minor floor and/or wall damage will be repaired.
• New faceplates will be provided for any skimmers, returns, and main drains.
• Liner Lock will be installed in the corners and at any coping seems.
• Wall Foam and Full Liner Lock is available at an additional charge.
