WHAT OUR POOL CLOSING INCLUDES
Your filter will be disassembled, cleaned, and inspected.
The Filter will be Put Away (Above Ground Only)
All Underground Pipes will be Cleared of Water and plugged to
prevent freezing (Inground Only).
All Ladders, Handrails, & Diving Boards Will be Removed and
The water will be treated with shock and algaecide.
The Pool will be Covered with Winter Cover or Safety Cover.
INFORMATION FOR THE CUSTOMER
If you have a Vinyl Liner or Fiberglass pool, the water will
need to be drained to the bottom of the skimmer for proper
closing. With mesh safety covers, it is recommended to have a submersible pump that can be placed on the top step throughout the winter months.
If you have a Concrete pool, the water will need to be drained
3″ below the tile line. With mesh safety covers, it is recommended to have a submersible pump that can be placed on the top step throughout the winter months. If you do not have a submersible pump, you will need to lower your water level 12″ below the tile line.
If the pool is not drained to the proper level when we arrive for
closing, we will drain the pool to the proper level at a charge of $50.

We carry a wide variety of closing supplies for purchase, if needed at time of closing.
If you need a new winter cover or safety cover, please let us know when scheduling so we can have it ready at time of closing.
